28 Day Diet :)

Hey my loves I am super excited about this new diet that I was introduced to by a co-worker. I have been looking for something that I can fully commit to that will help me lose weight without the pills and junk. I tend to stuggle with actually staying commited to diets but this time I WILL COMPLETE IT!!! I started on today 02/27/2013 and I will be commited. Want to get your health together? I have been super busy lately and I am completely sorry about not posting. I say that like I haven't posted in days or weeks hell its been months. I am truly sorry but know I am back ready for updates. I have tried out so many new things that I am ready to update about so be prepared. Hey you guys my name is Tashieka Lane. I am 21ys olds, full time worker and stuudent. I am a lover of many things plus and including change. I work hard for everything I have and everything I want to be. I inspire to be a pyschologist/counselor for women and children. I enjoy helping others as well as being alone. I love all things GOD, Family, Cooking, Beauty, Fashion, Carmelo Anthony, and Mickey Mouse. I have a newly found love for my hair that has been so amazing so I am a NATURAL SISTA, lol which I have been completely for about a year now. Being natural has made me love and enjoy my apperance beyond what eyes can see. I used to be quite lazy but putting my all and caring for something has shown me differnet outlooks on life that is further then just my hair.
